From data to artificial intelligence, one stage at a time.

Each area solves a different problem in the same operation. You can start anywhere — but they pay off far more in order.

PontoHub team connecting systems and integrating data sources
01

Data integration

Almost every operational bottleneck starts in the same place: two systems that don’t talk to each other and someone in the middle copying information between them. We connect what already exists — ERP, market platforms, in-house applications — so data moves on its own, at the pace of the business.

  • Integrations and APIs between systems
  • Connectors and extensions for SAP Business One
  • Workflow orchestration with n8n
  • Skyone Studio for enterprise integration
  • Custom applications and portals where no connector exists

Data engineering

Connected data isn’t yet trustworthy data. We give structure to what arrives: pipelines that raise a flag when something breaks, modelling the business side can follow, and dashboards where every figure traces back to its source. The goal is simple — let the meeting debate the decision, not the spreadsheet.

  • Ingestion and processing pipelines (ETL/ELT)
  • Data Warehouse, Lakehouse and analytical modelling
  • Executive dashboards and management indicators
  • Monitoring and failure handling
  • Data governance and quality

Artificial intelligence

With the house in order, AI stops being a promise. We build agents that read documents, query your systems and run entire routines — with a person in charge, clear permissions and success criteria agreed before anything reaches production.

  • Assistants over knowledge bases (RAG)
  • Agents that run routines end to end
  • Back-office and customer service automation
  • Integration with corporate systems and MCP
  • Human oversight, guardrails and continuous evaluation

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us before we start.

How long does it take to integrate two systems?

It depends on how many touchpoints exist and how well documented the APIs are. A point-to-point integration between an ERP and an e-commerce platform is usually ready in four to six weeks. Scenarios with heavy business rules, legacy systems without an API or several vendors involved take longer. The initial assessment gives you a firm estimate before any commitment.

Do you work with the ERP my company already uses?

Yes. The premise is to connect what already exists, not replace it. We have ready-made connectors for SAP Business One, Microsoft Navision, Consinco and the main market platforms. When a system has no API, we build the integration layer through the database, files or an intermediate service — the route depends on what the vendor allows.

Does the code belong to PontoHub or to the company?

To the company, always. We hand over the repository, the technical documentation and knowledge transfer to your internal team. We don't work with vendor lock-in: if one day you want to bring maintenance in-house or move to another partner, you have everything you need.

Can we start with artificial intelligence before organising the data?

Technically yes, but it rarely pays off. An AI agent answers from what it finds in your systems — if the data is inconsistent or scattered, it will be confidently wrong, which is worse than not answering. That's why we recommend integrating, structuring and only then automating. In some cases the foundation is already good enough and we go straight to AI; the assessment tells us which is the case.

How do you charge for projects?

We work with fixed scope for projects with clear boundaries, and with time-based allocation for continuous evolution. The initial assessment defines which format fits. Either way you get the figure and the timeline before we start — no surprise variable costs midway.

Do you serve companies outside Brazil and Portugal?

Yes. We operate from Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro, and work remotely with clients in other countries. Meetings happen in Portuguese or English, and we organise the work cycles around the time zone of whoever is on the other side.
